<br />MINUTES Page 5 <br />City of San Leandro City Council, San Leandro Redevelopment Agency, and San Leandro Hillside Geologic Hazard <br />Abatement District Joint Meeting-July 18,2005 <br /> <br />providing information on the Disposition and Development Agreement proposed for the <br />property, which is currently owned by the Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> <br />Lou Filipovich, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council/Redevelopment <br />Agency, commenting that the agenda is confusing, and the City Council and <br />Redevelopment Agency items should be listed separately. <br /> <br />There being no further comments from the public, and without objection, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br /> <br />The Council asked questions of Applicant David Langon concerning the types of <br />home-based businesses allowed, if the workspace could be used as living space, and <br />the Sound Transmission Class (STC) of the glass doors and windows. <br /> <br />Councilmember Santos requested that the Applicant consider reducing the weekend <br />hours of construction from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. to 9 a.m.-4 p.m., noting that he has received <br />complaints from citizens about weekend construction in the past. Mr. Langon stated <br />that he would have no problem with reducing the weekend construction hours. <br /> <br />1.
