(3072) <br /> <br />Mr. Jermanis indicated that the property owner, Madison Marquette, has requested a <br />parcel map change to allow the sale of one of the parcels to Target Stores. Mr. Cooke <br />described the plan to subdivide the mall property into four separate parcels. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant related her experience working with another city in a similar <br />situation and expressed concern regarding the difficulty in coming to agreement with <br />multiple property owners. She asked ifthe restrictions of the 1992 EIR would apply if <br />the property is subdivided. <br /> <br />
