(3072) Mr. Jermanis indicated that the property owner, Madison Marquette, has requested a parcel map change to allow the sale of one of the parcels to Target Stores. Mr. Cooke described the plan to subdivide the mall property into four separate parcels. Councilmember Grant related her experience working with another city in a similar situation and expressed concern regarding the difficulty in coming to agreement with multiple property owners. She asked ifthe restrictions of the 1992 EIR would apply if the property is subdivided.
