The public is invited to make comments on items of public interest NOT <br />listed on the Agenda. <br /> <br />Chris Malloy, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council, requesting the Council <br />consider adoption of a resolution opposing the East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) <br />Bayside Groundwater Project. He expressed concerns regarding the project's potential risks <br />to public health and property values. Mr. Malloy ceded the last 30 seconds of his speaker <br />time to silence in honor of America's veterans. <br /> <br />
