Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Members Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />2. PRESENT A TIONSIRECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />A. Resolution Commending Henry L. "Hank" Roberts for His Years of Service on the <br />Human Services Commission. <br /> <br />Hank Roberts was unable to attend tonight's meeting. His resolution will be mailed <br />to him. <br /> <br />B. Resolution Commending Catherine DuChene for Her Years of Service on the <br />Recreation and Parks Commission. <br /> <br />Catherine DuChene was unable to attend tonight's meeting. Her resolution will be <br />mailed to her. <br /> <br />Mayor Young announced the following presentations made since the last regular City Council <br />meeting: <br />. A contribution was made from the Mayor's Community Fund to the Davis Street Family <br />Resource Center. <br />. A contribution was made from the Mayor's Community Fund to the Spinaker Yacht Club <br />for Junior Sailing. <br />. A contribution was made from the Mayor's Community Fund to the Lavender Seniors of <br />the East Bay. <br />. A contribution was made from the Mayor's Community Fund to the Asian and African <br />American Business Council for its holiday mixer. <br />. A contribution was made from the Mayor's Community Fund to Arroyo High School for <br />its Grad Night celebration. <br />. A contribution was made from the Mayor's Community Fund to the San Leandro Boys & <br />Girls Club. <br />. A contribution was made from the Mayor's Community Fund to Leadership San Leandro. <br />. A Certificate of Recognition was presented to Mr. Plastics on its 20th Anniversary <br />celebration. <br /> <br />
