Landes Corp.; Subject to the Findings and Conditions of <br />Approval. (1009/1099) <br /> <br />The City Council approved the Planned Development PLN2003-00054; to <br />construct a mixed-use speculative commercial/light industrial component <br />comprising approximately 10,589 square feet and a self-storage facility <br />comprising of approximately 66,958 square feet with a resident manager's <br />office and living quarters; Assessor's Parcel Number 77C-1235-2-22; M. <br />Landes Corp.; subject to the Findings and Conditions of Approval; and with <br />revision to second paragraph of Section I.C. in the Recommended Conditions <br />of Approval to read: <br /> <br />In addition, construction of the speculative building shall commence prior to <br />the construction of the self-storage facility or the two said development <br />components shall be constructed concurrently.
