CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS

Councilmember Starosciak commented on a recent Western City article on ordinances related
to dogs and cities which have adopted breed-specific and "bite and run" ordinances. She
suggested working with a new local organization which promotes responsible pet ownership
to consider a local ordinance. There was consensus by the Council to refer the matter to the
City Council Rules and Communications Committee.

Mayor Young announced the following presentations made since the last regular City Council
meeting:
.
