<br />G. All existing underground facilities in it will be maintained by the respective agencies. Thus, <br />the design of the subdivision or type of improvements will not conflict with or affect the <br />existing easements. <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />There has been submitted to this Council, a tentative map entitled "Vesting Tentative Map, Tract <br />7810, San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br /> <br />The City Engineer has certified that said Vesting Tentative Map, is technically correct; and that the <br />subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 13 of the San Leandro Municipal <br />Code and the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council ofthe City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That the Vesting Tentative Map, Tract 7810 is hereby approved, subject to the conditions of <br /> <br />PLN2005 -00141 (Vesting Tentative Map and Planned Development) prescribed by the Planning <br /> <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Introduced by Council Member <br /> <br />and passed and adopted this <br /> <br />5th day of September, 2006, by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Noes: <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Attest: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
