Tlic Diversiorx Requircrnealt shall be that the Applicant has diverted at least pity (So) perce~~t of the total C&D debris generated by the Project via reuse or recycling, unless tlic Applicant has boen granted an )Impossibility hxcmption pursuaa~t to Section 8 of this Ordinance, in which case the Diversion Requircrneni shall be tho n~axitnucn feasiblo diversion rate established by the WMl' Compliance OfCcial for the Project. This documentation shall include all ofthc following; (1) Receipts frnm tl~e vendor or facility which collected or received each material showing the actual weight or valu.me of that material; (2) A Dopy of the previously approved WMP for the Prajcct adding the actual volurrrc or weight ofeach material diverted and landfilled; (3) Any additional information the Applicant believes is rclevar~t to determining its efforts to co~uply in good faith with this Article ~C~C. 1~. W._. c~,~iellige of WasX~s_ Applicants shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that all Cep debris diverted or landfilled era measured and recorded using the most accurate method of rneasua•enlent available. To the extent practical, all O&D debris shall be weighed by measurenae~it nn scales. Such scales shall be in compliance with all regulatory requirements far accuracy and rnaintenancc. For C~.D debris for vvlXich weighing is not practical due to small si2;e or other considerations, a valurraetric rncasurernent shall be used.
