<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-012 <br /> <br />(2575) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFlRMING ACCOUNTIING REPORT FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS (DFSI) AND <br />P ARK DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005 <br /> <br />The City Council ofthe City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />Following availability of the documentation used in preparing the annual accounting report <br />(AB 1600) on development fees for street improvements (DFSI) and park development fees pursuant <br />to Section 66006 of the Government Code, this COlmcil has reviewed and considered the data <br />contained in the Accounting Reports, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Now, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 66006 of the Government Code, the City Council <br />does hereby approve and confirm the accounting records covering the collection of all development <br />fees for street improvement (DFSI) and park development fees, refunds, interest earnings, other <br />income and expenditures for Fiscal Year 2004-2005 as more specifically set forth in the Accounting <br />Reports. <br /> <br />futroduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 6th day of February, 2006, <br />by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: COlmcilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young <br /> <br />(7) <br />(0) <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />(0) <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
