<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-022 <br /> <br />(2323/2926/3066) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />GROUP 4 ARCHITECTURE RELATING TO THE DESIGN OF A SENIOR CENTER, <br />PROJECT NOS. 210-18-116 AND 165-43-192 <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Group 4 Architecture, a copy of <br /> <br />which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br /> <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 6th day of March <br /> <br />2006, by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens (6) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: Mayor Young (1) <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
