<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-024 <br /> <br />(2108) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF SAN <br />LEANDRO AND SAN LORENZO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE JOINT USE OF <br />WASHINGTON MANOR GYMNASIUM BEING CONSTRUCTED ON THE <br />WASHINGTON MANOR OPEN SPACE SITE <br /> <br />An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and San Lorenzo Unified School <br />District, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Badger and passed and adopted this 20th day of March, <br />2006, by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young (7) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
