<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />(3057) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, STORMWATER TREATMENT <br />MEASURES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT, AND SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT <br />AGREEMENTS FOR TRACT 7579 ON A VACANT PARCEL LOCATED AT <br />14953,14969, AND 14981-14985 WASHINGTON AVENUE; <br />DEVELOPER: W ASHINGTON/SPRINGLAKE PROPERTIES, LLC <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-028 <br /> <br />FINDING <br /> <br />Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for <br /> <br />Tract 7579, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for its <br /> <br />design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />There has been submitted to this Council a Final Subdivision Map entitled "Tract 7579 <br /> <br />City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br /> <br />The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7579, <br /> <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, has certified that said Final <br /> <br />Map conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved; that it is technically correct; <br /> <br />and that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San <br /> <br />Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />A. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute <br /> <br />Subdivision Improvement Agreements for Tract 7579 on behalf ofthe City. <br />
