<br />3. The subdivider shall obtain approval from Alameda County Flood Control District for <br />storm drain connection to their facilities. <br /> <br />4. Subdivider is proposing to modify the existing Alameda County Flood Control District <br />(ACFCD) easement. Prior to the approval of Final map, granting and abandonment of <br />easement shall be completed to the satisfaction ACFCD. <br /> <br />E. GRADING. EROSION AND POST -CONSTRUCTION STORMW ATER TREATMENT <br />CONTROLS <br /> <br />1. Prior to any grading operations, Developer shall submit all information including a <br />Grading Plan accompanied by Soils Engineering and Engineering Geology Reports, <br />in accordance with requirements of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code Title <br />VII, Chapter 12 and obtain a grading permit. <br /> <br />2. To control storm water pollution, the Developer shall comply with the regulations and <br />provisions contained in the City's Grading Ordinance, the City's Storm Water <br />Pollution Prevention Permit, and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System (NPDES), to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. As per the latest NPDES <br />requirements, storm water is required to be treated to comply with numeric sizing <br />criteria for pollutant treatment systems. <br /> <br />3. Until such time as all construction for the development has been completed to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer, the Subdivider shall provide current Erosion & <br />Sediment Control Plans, and amended Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans <br />(SWPPPs) for all portions of the site where construction is ongoing. Said Plans shall be <br />submitted to the City Engineer for review and approval on or before September 1 of <br />each calendar year, and shall be fully implemented on or before October 15 of each <br />calendar year. <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall agree to a right-of-entry for the inspection of stormwater <br />treatment structures and shall submit a signed Stormwater Operation and <br />Maintenance (O&M) Agreement prior to the approval of Final Map. Also, this <br />agreement shall be recorded in the Alameda County prior to Final Map approval. <br /> <br />5. The applicant shall complete the Impervious Surface Form and the Operation and <br />Maintenance Information for Stormwater Treatment Measures form prior to grading <br />permit approval to meet the requirements ofthe City's NPDES permit. <br /> <br />6. During construction the following high standards for sanitation are required: Garbage <br />cans, construction dumpsters, and debris piles shall be removed on a minimum weekly <br />basis. All food related trash items such as wrappers, cans, bottles, and food scraps shall <br />be disposed of in closed containers only and shall be regularly removed from the site. <br />Inspections, conducted as part of the regular construction compliance, will be <br />conducted to ensure compliance of the Subdivider and contractors with this <br />requirement. <br /> <br />Page 5 of9 <br />
