<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-031 <br /> <br />(2323) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTING AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND SKYLINE ENGINEERING, INC., FOR <br />ROOF SURVEYS AND WRITTEN REPORTS <br /> <br />An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Skyline Engineering, Inc., a copy of <br /> <br />which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 3rd day of April, 2006 <br /> <br />by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; Mayor Young (6) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Nardine (1) <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
