The State grant will cover approximately 20% of the construction costs associated <br />with this project. <br /> <br />Current City Council Policy <br /> <br />. None <br /> <br />Previous City Council Action(s) <br /> <br />. On November 18,2002 by Resolution No. 2002-162, the City Council authorized filing for a <br />water recycling planning grant application <br />. On October 6, 2003 by Resolution No. 2003-209, the City Council approved a consulting <br />services agreement with Kennedy/Jenks Consultants for preparation of the recycled water <br />project facilities planning report, and by Resolution No. 2003-210, approved a consulting <br />services agreement with Environmental Science Associates for preparation of an <br />environmental review <br />. On January 18, 2005 by Resolution No. 2005-003, the City Council authorized filing of a <br />recycled water construction grant <br />. On March 7, 2005 by Resolution No. 2005-020, the City Council adopted a Mitigated <br />Negative Declaration for the San Leandro Recycled Water Project <br />. On May 1, 2006 by Resolution No. 2006-044 the City Council authorized a contractual <br />services agreement to Kennedy/Jenks Consultants for the design of these improvements <br />. On September 18, 2006 by Resolution No. 2006-108, the City Council approved an <br />agreement with American Golf Corporation to purchase water for irrigation <br /> <br />City Council Committee Review and Action <br /> <br />.
