East Bay Smart Corridors program Previous City Council Action(s) · On September 4, 2001 by Resolution No. 2001-132, the City Council approved the Smart Corridors MOU, cooperative agreement for design, construction, and administration and the cooperative agreement for ownership, operation, and maintenance of Smart Corridors between the City and the Alameda County CMA .
