MMC has identified in excess of $700,000 to date, and <br />there remains over $150,000 in uncollected revenue to date. MMC will place a detailed <br />focus on the collection of this revenue over the next 2 months. After this has been <br />completed, MMC will report to the City on older outstanding accounts that in effect <br />refuse to satisfy their tax obligation to the City, and will like to explore ideas with the <br />City on further actions that can be taken to increase the compliancy of these business <br />entities. <br />o MMC is finalizing the last group of single family residential rentals based on the 2005 <br />roll year. Within this report, a detailed breakdown of activity and results is provided for <br />all property rental notifications and assessments. As a note on the single family rental <br />amount outstanding, a healthy percentage of these accounts have been invoiced recently, <br />
