<br />Section 4. <br /> <br />Severability <br /> <br />If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held <br />invalid, the remainder of the ordinance, including the application of such part or provision to <br />other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby and shall continue in full force and <br />effect. To this end, provisions ofthis ordinance are severable.
