This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, City Manager Jermanis stated that the applicant and appellant have agreed to a continuance of the appeal to December 4, 2006. Community Development Director Hanson Hom indicated that the continuance has been requested in order to more thoroughly address the soil stability issue, which is the primary issue cited by the neighboring residents. ?
