<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-120 <br /> <br />(2925) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDED AGREEMENT <br />WITH BA YSIDE BC, LP <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION OF INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />An Amendment to Agreement for Construction of Intersection Improvements at the <br /> <br />Davis/Doolittle intersection, between the City of San Leandro and Bayside BC, LP, a copy of which <br /> <br />is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Badger and passed and adopted this 6th day of November, <br /> <br />2006 by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak; Mayor Young (6) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Stephens (1) <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
