ENVIR.<JNMENTAL QUALITY ACT <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Chapter 1 <br /> <br />Implementation of State California Environemntal Oualitv Act (CEQA) <br />Guidelines <br /> <br />~~.5.1.100: IMPLEMENTATION OF STATE CEQA GUIDELINES. In implementing the <br />CEQA and the State CEQA Guidelines when assessing the potential environmental impacts of a <br />proposed project, the City will utilize the most current amended version of the Act and Guidelines. <br />For projects that are deemed to require some level of environmental documentation; i.e., <br />Categorical Exemption, Mitigated Negative Declaration/Negative Declaration, or aft Environmental <br />hnpact Report, the City shall follow the procedures for preparation of said documents, including <br />preparation of appropriate notices, as provided for in the State CEQf~ Guidelines. <br /> <br />S5. 1. 1 05: FORMS.
