<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006- <br /> <br />(2318) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REPEALING TITLES 24-32 AND REENACTING <br />TITLES 7, 24, 25, 26 AND 27 OF THE SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a need to update the San Leandro Administrative Code to reflect <br />current practices and changes in organizational structure. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended approval of said titles. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Titles 24-32 are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Certain newly revised and updated chapters in former Titles 24-32 are hereby moved to <br />Chapters 2-4 of Title 2, Chapter 2 of Title 4, Chapter 1 of Title 5, and Chapter 9 of Title 8. <br /> <br />Newly revised and updated Titles 7 and 24-27, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference, are hereby reenacted and authorized for codification into the <br />San Leandro Administrative Code. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember <br />November, 2006 by the following called vote: <br /> <br />and passed and adopted this 20th day of <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br /> <br />19 <br />
