<br />SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br /> <br />TITLE U Z <br /> <br />RECREATION AND PAR.T{S HUMAN SERVICES <br /> <br />Chapter ~ 1 <br /> <br />Rules and Regulations for the Use of Public Parks and Recreational <br />Facilities <br /> <br />ARTICLE I-GENERAL REGULATIONS <br /> <br />~~ 7.1.100. No person, fiIDl, corporation, partnership, club, associations or other organization <br />shall, without the written consent of the City of San Leandro, except as provided in Title 4, Chapter <br />5 of Title IV of the San Leandro Municipal Code: <br /> <br />(a) Sell or offer for sale any goods or merchandise of any kind, solicit sales, funds, <br />contributions or donations of any kind, conduct of any business, trade or occupation. <br /> <br />(b) Cut, mark, paint, damage or deface any tree, fence, wall, building, apparatus or other <br />structure, or fasten thereto any poster, circular, or other object. <br /> <br />(c) Use sound amplifying equipment for tho playing of music, \vhether live or recordod that <br />exceeds the City's noise limits as detailed in Section 4-1-11 00. known as the "Noise <br />Ordinance. " of the San Leandro Municival Code. <br /> <br />~~ 7.1.105. No person shall disrupt park or recreational activities, or interfere with public use <br />and enjoyment of park or recreational facilities. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2-SPECIAL REGULATIONS <br /> <br />~~ 7.1.200: SIGNS. Whenever appropriate signs are posted gi':ing notioe thereof, no person <br />shall-;- Sif!11s shall be Dosted within the Dark or recreational facility to notice the ref!Ulations stated <br />in Q7.1.205 below. <br /> <br />~7.J.205. REGULATIONS. The vrovisions of this section shall be cumulative and are not <br />intended to revlace anv otherwise available ref!Ulations.
