<br />SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br /> <br />TITLE 25 <br /> <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY <br /> <br />Chanter 1 <br /> <br />Bvlaws <br /> <br />(a) Report on the number of Directors vresent in verson or bv vroxv in order to determine the <br />existence of a quorum. <br /> <br />(b) Reading of the notice of the meeting and vroofthe deliverv or mailing thereof. or the waiver <br />or waivers of notice of the meeting then tiled. as the case mav be. <br /> <br />(c) Reading of unavvroved minutes of previous meetings of the Board and the taking of action <br />with respect to approval thereof. <br /> <br />(d) Presentation and consideration of reports of officers and committees. <br /> <br />(e) Unfinished business. <br /> <br />(f) New business. <br /> <br />(g) Ad;ournment. <br /> <br />.S25.1.241: <br /> <br />RULES OF PROCEEDINGS. <br /> <br />(a) Public Meetinlls. All legislative sessions of the Board. whether rernlar or svecial. shall be <br />open to the public. <br /> <br />(b) Quorum. Four (4) of the Members of the Board shall constitute a Quorum for the <br />transaction of business. <br /> <br />(c) Method of Action. The Board shall act onlv bv ordinance. resolution or motion. which. to <br />become effective. shall be adovted bv the a(firmative vote of not less than a maioritv of the <br />Members of the Board voting. <br /> <br />(d) Recordinll Vote. Excevt where action shall be taken bv unanimous vote of all Members <br />present and votinfl. the Aves and Noes shall be taken on all actions had. <br /> <br />(e) Adiournment. The Board mav adiourn anv rernlar. adiourned rernlar. svecial or <br />ad;ourned special meeting to a time and place specified in the order of adiournment. Less <br />than a Quorum mav so adiourn from time to time. If all Members are absent from anv <br />rernlar or adiourned rernlar meetinfl the Secretary mav declare the meeting adiourned to a <br />stated time and place and shall cause a written notice of the adiournment to be given in the <br />same manner as provided for special meetinfls. unless such notice is waived as provided for <br />special meetings.
