SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE TITLE 26 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Chapter 3 Implementation of California Environmental Oualitv Act (CEQA) Guidelines ~26.3.100: ADOPTION. These guidelines are adopted pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code ~21000 et seq.) and the State CEQA Guidelines (California Administrati';e Code, Title 11, Chapter 3, Section 15000). These guidelines are intended to supplement the State CEQA Guidelines. ~2(i.3.105: CEQA CUIDELINES. Except as may be expressly provided herein, the City (EIR) Guidelines (Title XXVIII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro }1dministrative Code) are adopted as the CEQ,^1 Guidelines for the Redevelopment Ageney. 1\.11 references therein to the City shall be deemed to refer to the Redeyelopment f1geney and all references to the City Manager shall be deemed to refer to the E)wcutive Director. ~26.3.100: IMPLEMENTATION OF CEQA GUIDELINES. In implementing CEOA and the Guidelines for Implementation of CEO A when assessinf! the potential environmental impacts of a proposed pro;ect, the Redevelopment Agencv will utilize the most current amended version of the Act and Guidelines. For pro;ects that are deemed to reQuire some level of environmental documentation: i.e., Categorical Exemvtion. Mitiflated Neflative DeclarationlNeflative Declaration. or Environmental Impact Report, the Agencv shall follow the procedures for preparation of said documents. includinfl preparation of appropriate notices, as provided for in the Guidelines. .$26.3.105: FORMS. The Aflencv shall use the forms attached as Appendices A and B in San Leandro Administrative Code, Title 5. Chavter 1. for Initial Studv Checklist and Neflative Declaration.
