The change orders included additional street reconstruction, disposal of contaminated <br />sub grade material, disposal of asphalt containing Petromat, utility relocation, traffic signal <br />modifications, and alteration of method of construction to minimize impact to businesses <br /> <br />Budeet Authoritv <br /> <br />.
