<br />EveryOne Home Plan <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />November 20, 2006 <br /> <br />Applicable General Plan Policy <br />Homeless and special needs policies in the Housing Element of the General Plan include: <br />Goal 57: Special Needs Populations - Proactively addresses the special housing needs of the <br />community, including seniors, disabled individuals, single parents, large families, and the <br />homeless. <br />· Policy 57.07: Extremely Low Income Persons - Continue programs that meet the needs <br />of extremely low income persons <br />· Policy 57.08: Homelessness - Continue to support programs that prevent or relieve <br />homelessness in the Bay Area.
