<br />Additional Services <br />In addition to the above services, Harris Design would be pleased to provide Additional Services that are <br />requested by the City. Labor and reimbursable expenses for services in addition to those described above, <br />shall be compensated in accordance with Harris Design's Standard Fee and Reimbursement Schedule for <br />the actual hours worked and costs incurred by Harris Design. <br /> <br />Assumptions / City Responsibilities <br />· All work billed on an hourly basis shall be pre-approved by the City prior to proceeding. <br />· Software compatibility: All deliverables will be provided in both electronic and hard copy format. <br />Electronic files shall be in Microsoft Project, word, or excel file format and provided on CD- <br />ROM. Drawings shall be in Autocad 2006 format. <br />· All deliverables, reports, drawings, estimate shall become the property of the City of San Leandro <br />· The information, surveys, documents and all other services furnished by the City and the City's <br />consultants and contractors shall be provided to Harris Design at the City's expense. <br />· The City will provide services of a soils engineer or other consultants when such services are <br />reasonably necessary or required by the governing agency, including reports, test borings, test <br />pits, percolation tests and any other necessary operations for determining subsoil, with <br />appropriate professional interpretation thereof. <br />· The City will prepare 'front-end' standard provisions for the construction contract. <br />· The City will receive construction bids, prepare the final construction contract and execute the <br />contract with the selected Contractor. <br />· The City will provide for any material and compaction tests, inspections, and reports, as <br />necessary for project construction. <br /> <br />Bancroft Middle School Playfields <br />Project No. 210-38-257 <br /> <br />October 25, 2006 <br />Page 21 of24 <br />
