MINUTES <br /> Page 5 <br />November 6, 2006 <br />City of San Leandro City Council and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting— <br /> <br /> <br />well attended, and those who attended received Certificates of Completion which are good <br />for two years. Copies will be placed on file with the City Clerk. <br /> 7. AMENDMENT OF CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />City Councilmembers or staff have an opportunity at this time to request that an item be <br />removed from the Consent Calendar for the presentation of a staff report or other special <br />consideration. Members of the Public may request the opportunity to address the City <br />Council regarding items remaining on the Consent Calendar by filling out a speaker card and <br />submitting it to the City Clerk prior to the calling of Item 7, Amendment of Consent <br />Calendar. Items remaining on the Consent Calendar will be considered for approval under <br />one motion. <br /> <br />Councilmember Starosciak requested an amendment to the minutes of the October 16, 2006 <br />City Council meeting to include her question under Item 10.A. regarding the Fire <br />Department’s maintenance facility and the response from Fire Chief Bill McCammon. <br /> <br />No amendment to Consent Calendar. <br /> <br /> <br /> 8. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Consent Calendar items are considered for approval by the City Council with one single <br />action. As described above in Item 7, Amendment of Consent Calendar, the City Council <br />may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of presentation or discussion. <br />Members of the public who have requested to address the Council regarding items <br />remaining on the Consent Calendar may do so for up to 3 minutes per item with a maximum <br />of 5 minutes for all items. Items listed on the Consent Calendar are deemed to have been <br />read by title. <br /> <br />The items on the Consent Calendar were approved by the following vote: <br /> <br />M/S/C Badger and Santos. Ayes: 6; Noes: 0; Absent: 1 (Stephens) <br /> <br /> Approved as amended. <br />A.Minutes of the Meeting of October 16, 2006. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 2006-117 <br />B., Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling <br />for Bids for the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) Effluent Irrigation Project, <br />Project No. 06-593-52-219 (provides for a new treatment building, piping, pumps, <br />treatment and monitoring equipment to treat and supply recycled water to Marina Golf <br />Course and Tony Lema Golf Course). Bid opening date is December 11, 2006. <br />Funding: Appropriation as part of the Fiscal Year 2005-06 budget. (3101) <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 2006-118 <br />C., Resolution Approving Amendment No. 1 to the <br />Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the San Francisco Bay Area Interim <br />Center-to-Center Program (provides a policy for the exchange of real-time traffic data <br />and real-time video).
