<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006- <br /> <br />(2254) <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REPEALING AND REENACTING <br />TITLE 4, CHAPTER 2 OF THE SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br />RELA TING TO THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Political Reform Act of 1974 (Government <br /> <br />Code Section 81000 et seq.), the City of San Leandro is required to adopt amendments to the <br /> <br />Conflict of Interest Code, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> <br />reference, Title 4, Chapter 2 of the San Leandro Administrative Code is hereby repealed and <br /> <br />reenacted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended the adoption of amendments to said <br /> <br />Conflict of Interest Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE that <br /> <br />said amendments to Title 4, Chapter 2 of the San Leandro Administrative Code relating to the <br /> <br />Conflict ofInterest Code are hereby adopted. <br />
