<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2006- <br /> <br />(1315/1485) <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING COMPENSA nON <br />OF COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Councilmembers shall receive a salary in the amount of One Thousand Two <br /> <br />Hundred Sixty dollars ($1,260.00) a month. <br /> <br />Section 2. The provisions of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2001-026 shall remain in full <br /> <br />force and effect until the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance are operative. Upon such date <br /> <br />or in such event, the provisions of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2001-026 are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 3. The provisions of Section I of this ordinance shall not be operative until <br /> <br />January 1,2007. <br /> <br />Section 4. Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33114.5, each member of the <br /> <br />Board of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro shall receive compensation of <br /> <br />Thirty Dollars ($30) per meeting of the Redevelopment Agency attended by that member; <br /> <br />however, in no event shall any member receive compensation for attending more than four <br /> <br />meetings per month. <br /> <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption. The City <br /> <br />Clerk is directed to publish the title once and post a complete copy thereof on the City Council <br /> <br />Chamber bulletin board prior to its adoption. <br />
