C. All fees and other revenues described in paragraph B above shall be collected by the City with the assistance of ACFD when necessary. 9. ACFD Advisory Commission The City shall be entitled to have two City representatives on the Alameda County Fire Department Advisory Fire Commission. 10. Localldentitv It is important that the San Leandro community closely identify with the provision of fire services as a municipally provided service. ACFD shall identify fire facilities and apparatus with the name of San Leandro so that such facilities and apparatus are clearly visible to the San Leandro community. Such identification shall be as mutually agreed to by the City Manager and the Fire Chief. Section 4. Facilities a. BuildinQs and Real Property 1. Use of Fire Station No. 9.10.11.12 and 13 City will provide ACFD use of the City-owned San Leandro Fire Station No. 9 located at450 EstudilloAvenue; Station No.10 located at2194 Williams Street; Station No. 11 located at 14903 Catalina; Station No. 12 located at 1065 143rd Avenue; and Station No. 13 located at 637 Fargo for performance of services to the City of San Leandro under the terms of this Agreement. The ACFD will be provided use of this facility at no cost to ACFD. Responsibility for maintenance of the building and grounds are as set forth below. 2. City Responsibilitv City shall be responsible for grounds maintenance, building repairs, painting, major carpet/floor cleaning, window cleaning, pest control, water softener, fuel tank maintenance, utilities, phone service, and fire alarm service. The scheduling of repairs shall be coordinated with the ACFD designated Buildings and Grounds Coordinator.
