<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-128 <br /> <br />(2254/2318) <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REPEALING AND REENACTING <br />TITLE 4, CHAPTER 2 OF THE SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATNE CODE <br />RELA TlNG TO THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Political Reform Act of 1974 (Government <br />Code Section 81000 et seq.), the City of San Leandro is required to adopt amendments to the <br />Conflict of Interest Code, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference, Title 4, Chapter 2 of the San Leandro Administrative Code is hereby repealed and <br />reenacted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended the adoption of amendments to said <br />Conflict of Interest Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE that <br />said amendments to Title 4, Chapter 2 of the San Leandro Administrative Code relating to the <br />Conflict of Interest Code are hereby adopted. <br /> <br />The provisions of this Title shall be effective immediately. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 4th day of December, <br />2006, by the following called vote. <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young (7) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~.~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
