<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-044 <br /> <br />(2323) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />KENNEDY/JENKS CONSULTANTS RELATING TO THE DESIGN OF A SYSTEM TO <br />DELIVER RECYCLED WATER TO THE MONARCH BAY GOLF COURSE, <br />PROJECT NO. 593-52-219 <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, a copy <br /> <br />of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br /> <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 1st day of May 2006, <br /> <br />by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; Mayor Young (6) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Nardine (1) <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
