<br />Year three, or for employees hired with 25 to 36 full months' prior <br /> <br />CalPERS agency experience, at 75 percent; <br /> <br />Year four, or for employees hired with 37 or more full months' prior <br /> <br />CalPERS agency experience, at 100 percent. <br /> <br />Once a newly-hired employee accrues five years of total service (either on a <br /> <br />continuous or cumulative basis), slbe shall be entitled to payment ofEPMC on the same <br /> <br />terms that apply to all other employees in the group or class.
