<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-053 <br /> <br />(1022) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS, INTERSECTIONS, <br />TITLE VI, CHAPTER 1 OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />(KENILWORTH AVENUE AT VICTORIA AVENUE/VICTORIA COURT) <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-1-215 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, the <br /> <br />City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />That the following intersection is designated for placement of stop signs <br /> <br />pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Section 6-1-215: <br /> <br />KENILWORTH AVENUE AND VICTORIA A VENUENICTORIA COURT, all <br /> <br />vehicles traveling on all the approaches shall corne to a full stop before entering or crossing the <br /> <br />intersection. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />The provisions of Section 1 shall be added to Chapter 5, 9500 of the San <br /> <br />Leandro Traffic Code. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilrnernber Badger and passed and adopted this 15th day of May <br /> <br />2006, by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; Mayor Young (6) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Nardine (1) <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
