(herein referred to as "Subdivider"), relating to the <br /> <br />, making of subdivision improvements on that real property described as APN 076-0328-001 and APN <br />" <br />076-0328-002-1 and commonly referred to as Tract No. 7659. San Leandro. California, (hereinafter <br /> <br />referred to as "the subject subdivision"). <br /> <br />In consideration for approval of said subdivision by City, Subdivider has agreed to improve <br /> <br />certain streets and public easements in the subject subdivision to standards prescribed by City and to <br /> <br />make certain other improvements and to pay to City such sums as are specified in detail in the above- <br /> <br />mentioned Subdivision Improvement Agreement, a copy of which is on file for public inspection in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California.
