<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-078 <br /> <br />(2368/3086) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AERIAL TREATMENT OF SPARTINA, A SHORELINE <br />lNY ASIVE SPECIES, WITHOUT COMPETITIVE BIDDING BY MEANS OF <br />PIGGYBACKING ON EAST BAY REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT'S LOW BID <br /> <br />A Cooperative purchasing Arrangement between the City of San Leandro and East Bay <br />Regional Parks District, to piggyback on the competitive bid conducted by East Bay Regional Park <br />District, Resolution 2006-04-146. a copy of which are attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said arrangement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said arrangement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />futroduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 10th day of July, 2006 by <br />the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />ABSENT: Mayor Young <br /> <br />(6) <br />(0) <br />(1) <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
