<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />AND <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROV AL FOR <br />PARCEL MAP 8652 <br /> <br />2544 WEST AVENUE 133RD <br /> <br />FINDINGS <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-1-520 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, I have <br />examined Parcel Map 8652 and find that it will be in compliance with Title VII, Chapter 1 of the <br />San Leandro Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act upon completion of the <br />conditions of approval listed below. <br /> <br />1.
