WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro (the "City") has reviewed and considered the Categorical Exemption prepared for the project and hereby finds that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment, NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency ofthe City of San Leandro does H.ESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER: That Resolution No. 2006-006 RDA is hereby rescinded; and That the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does further RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER as follows: Section 1. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro hereby specifically finds that all ofthe facts stated above are true and correct. Section 2. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro hereby authorizes the allocation and expenditure o[up to $1,789,000 of the proceeds from the West San Leandro Tax Allocation Bonds issued by the Agency for the Doolittle Drive Entryway Improvements, Phase I and 2, Project No. 230-43-155 project. Section 3. That the Redevelopment Agency ofthe City of San Leandro hereby authorizes the additional allocation of up to $1,662,000 from available tax increment in the West San Leandro/MacAlihur Boulevard Redevelopment Project Area for the Doolittle Drive Entryway Improvements, Phase 1 and 2, Project No. 230-43-155 project, if needed, and Section 4. That the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro hereby designates the City of San Leandro to act as its agent with all appropriate powers of authority in the planning, oversight, and administration of the project, including project acceptance upon completion.
