IN THE Crry COUNCIL Of THE CITY Of SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2006- RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH RIGHT-Of-WAY LINES (EDEN ROAD FROM DOOLITTLE DRIVE TO END, AND AN EXTENSION OF BUSINESS CENTER DRIVE FROM DAVIS STREET TO EDEN ROAD) AND SET THE PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR JANUARY 16,2007 The City Council ofthe City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That it is the intention ofthe City Council to establish right-of-way lines for Eden Road from Doolittle Drive to end, and an extension of Business Center Drive from Davis Street to Eden Road, in the City of San Leandro, all as more particularly set forth on that certain map entitled "PLAN LINE; EDEN ROAD" dated June 1,2006, and filed in the office of the City Engineer. All interested parties arc referred to said map for a full and detailed description of such proposed right-of-way lines. These proceedings are taken pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 7, Title 7 of the San Leandro Municipal Code as 01'2002. The San Leandro Planning Commission in its October 12, 2006 meeting found the proposed right-of-way lines to be in confonnanee with the General Plan and recommended approval. Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, January 16,2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Council of said City, City Hall 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, any and all persons having any objections to the establishment of the proposed right- of-way lines may appear before said Council and show cause why the establishment of said right~of-way lines should not be ordered. Objections to the establishment of the proposed right- of-way lines may be filed in writing with the City Clerk at any time not later than the hour set for said hearing by any person having any interest in any land upon whieh said right-of-way lines are proposed to be established.
