<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-090 <br /> <br />(3033) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING COST OF ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS SUCH AS <br />STREET, STORM DRAIN, SIDEWALK, DRIVEWAY, CURB AND GUTTER <br />CONSTRUCTION FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2004-1 (WALNUT DRIVE) <br /> <br />FINDING <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro has reviewed the Report of the <br /> <br />Superintendent of Streets on the cost and construction of Walnut Drive Paving - Assessment <br /> <br />District No. 2004-1, Project No. 210-38-264, and hereby finds that the work is complete. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of San Leandro confirms the Report of the <br /> <br />Superintendent of Streets, and it is further <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that the cost of said construction is assessed against the parcels of property <br /> <br />listed in said report, and it is further <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that if said assessments are not paid in full within five (5) days after <br /> <br />confirmation of said report, said unpaid assessments shall be a lien on the property and Notice of <br /> <br />Assessment previously recorded for each said assessment amount shall remain in effect, unless a <br /> <br />property owner elects to pay an assessment by installments as provided herein, in which case the <br /> <br />Notice of Assessment shall be released. <br /> <br />And it is further <br /> <br />RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets shall turn over each recorded Notice of <br /> <br />Assessment to the Accounting Officer of the City of San Leandro, whereupon he shall deliver <br /> <br />said Notice to the County Auditor who shall enter the amount thereof on the County assessment <br />
