Items listed on the Consent Calendar are deemed to have been read by <br />title. <br /> <br />Public Comments on Item 8.A.: <br /> <br />Richard Sequeira, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council, commenting on the <br />minutes of the public hearing at the December 4, 2006 City Council meeting and requesting <br />that his verbatim comments, and those of appellant Wayland Lew, be included as part of the <br />minutes. Mr. Sequeira stated that he rclt many of the issues, details and misstatements were <br />"glossed over," thereby changing the "flavor" of the meeting. Mr. Sequeira commented that <br />the minutes should be more straightforward and include the verbatinl statements made at the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />End of Public Comments on Item 8.A. <br /> <br />City Managcr Jennanis addressed Mr. Sequeira's comments, pointing out that the minutes of <br />City Council meetings arc not a verbatim record of the meeting. Mr. Jennanis indicated that <br />the audio recording of the meeting, as well any document submitted during the meeting, is a <br />public record and is available (or review. <br /> <br />City Attomey Jayne Williams indicated that all orthe documents submitted during the public <br />hearing, as well as the audiotape of the meeting, are part ofthe ollicial record. <br /> <br />Items 8.C. and 8.K were removed from the Consent Calendar to Item 9, Items Removed <br />from Consent Calendar. The remaining items on the Consent Calendar were approved <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />M/S/C Badger and Santos. Ayes: 5; Noes: 0; Absent: 2 (Grant and Nardine) <br /> <br />A. Resolution Accepting the 2006-07 Annual Report of the West San Leandro Shuttle <br />Business Improvement Dishict (BID) Advisory Board (accepts the annual report on the <br />perfomlance of the LINKS Shuttle).
