<br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro has reviewed and considered <br /> <br /> <br />the Categorical Exemption prepared for the Doolittle Drive Entryway Improvements, Phase 1 <br /> <br /> <br />and 2, Project No. 230-43-155, and any comments received, and hereby finds that the project <br /> <br /> <br />will not have a significant effect on the environment; and <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE <br /> <br /> <br />DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER: <br /> <br /> <br />That Resolution No. 2006-075 of the City Council of the City of San Leandro is hereby <br />rescinded; and <br />That the City Council of the City of San Leandro does further RESOLVE, DECLARE, <br />DETERMINE, AND ORDER as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby specifically finds that <br /> <br />all of the facts stated above are true and correct. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby consents to the <br /> <br /> <br />allocation and expenditure of up to $1,789,000 of the proceeds from the Tax Allocation Bonds <br /> <br /> <br />issued by the Agency and up to $1,662,000 in tax increment funds from the West San <br /> <br /> <br />Leandro/MacArthur Boulevard Redevelopment Project for the Doolittle Drive Entryway <br /> <br /> <br />Improvements, Phase 1 and 2, Project No. 230-43-155 <br /> <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Council of the City of San Leandro declares that the <br /> <br /> <br />Specifications, Special Provisions, and Plans for said project are hereby approved. And it is <br /> <br /> <br />further <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that bids are hereby called for and the City Clerk is hereby directed to <br /> <br /> <br />publish notice thereof once in the official newspaper of this City. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-134 <br /> <br />2 <br />
