<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING THE ACCOUNTIlNG REPORT FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS (DFSI) <br />AND PARK DEVELOPMENT FEES <br />(F.Y. 2005-2006) <br /> <br />The City Council ofthe City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />Following availability of the documentation used in preparing the annual accounting report <br /> <br />(AB 1600) on development fees for street improvements (DFSI) and park development fees pursuant <br /> <br />to Section 66006 of the Government Code, this Council has reviewed and considered the data <br /> <br />contained in the Accounting Reports, attach cd hcreto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Now, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 66006 of the Government Code, the City Council <br /> <br />does hereby approvc and confinn the aceounting records covering the collection of all development <br /> <br />fees for street improvemcnt (DFSI) and park development fees, refunds, interest earnings, othcr <br /> <br />income and expenditures for Fiscal Year 2005-2006 as more specifically set forth in the Accounting <br /> <br />Reports. <br /> <br />Introduced by Council Member <br /> <br />and passed and adopted this 16th day <br /> <br />of JaI1Uary, 2007, by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members ofthe Council: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Attest <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br /> <br />G:\Council\DfS I\DFSLRcsolu tion05-06.
