<br />IN TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007- <br /> <br />(1315/2318) <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING TITLE I, CBAPTER 5 <br />OF TI-IE SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br />RELATING TO TI-IE CAR ALLOW ANCE FOR THE MAYOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 4,1997, by Resolution No. 97-102, the City Council added Title I, <br />Chapter 5, 91.5. 100 to the San Leandro Administrative Code, establishing a car allowance fix the <br />Mayor of Three llundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($375) per month 101' the use of his or her private <br />vehicle while performing oilieial duties on behalf of the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is desired that the amount of the Mayor's car allowance be reduced to twice <br />the amount of the travel reimbursement ($125.00) afforcled the City Councilmembers, or Two <br />Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250'(JO). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro docs RESOLVE thal <br />Title I, Chapter 5, S 1.5.1 00 of the San Leandro Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Q 1.5.] 00: UENERAL.
