Schcdule ll)r consideration by the City Council and thc Redevelopment <br />Agency to write-off uncollectible loans with the original owners of <br />Francisco's Restaurant and Lattc Da Coffee House due to bankruptcy <br />proccedings. <br /> <br />COLlncilmember Santos requested assurance that there is no othcr recourse <br />Cor collection of the loans. Mr. .Termanis stated the City has filed as a <br />creditor in bankruptcy court and so can no longcr carry the loans on the <br />City's books as assets which are Iikcly to be reccivcd. <br /> <br />By consensus of thc Council, this item will be scheduled for <br />considcration. <br /> <br />b.
