Resolution No. 2004-068, Resolution Approving a Supplemental Contractual Services <br />Agreement with John Cahalan Landscape Architect Relating to the Design of Doolittle <br />Drive Entryway, Project No. 01-230-43-155 (provides for the preparation of <br />constnlction documents to comply with recent Caltrans policies and requirements for <br />the subject project). Cost: $83,000. Funding: Redevelopment Agency and Grants from <br />HUD. (2323) <br /> <br />Councilmember Santos commented that when Resolution No. 2001-04 was adopted by <br />the City Council on January 16, 2001, he opposed this project and the adoption of the <br />resolution. He stated that he would like to reconcile his vote and that he now supports <br />the proj ect. <br /> <br />1. Resolution No. 2004-069, Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications, Calling for <br />Bids, and Adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration, Findings, and Mitigation <br />Monitoring Plan for Dredged Material Management Site Sediment Removal Project, <br />Project No. 04-597-57-004 (provides for removal of dried sediment from the City's <br />Dredged Material Management Site). Bid opening date is June 1, 2004. Funding: <br />Shoreline Enterprise Fund. (3018) <br /> <br />K. Matter of Issuance of West San Leandro/MacArthur Boulevard Redeveloplnent Project <br />Area Tax Allocation Bonds, Series 2004 (authorizes the issuance of not to exceed <br />$6,000,000 in Tax Allocation Bonds for projects in the West San Leandro/MacArthur <br />Blvd. Redevelopn1ent Project Area). Cost: $300,000 per year debt service. Funding: <br />Fund 964 Tax Increment. (Moved to Item 9. Items Removed from Consent <br />Calendar.) <br /> <br />.
