<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-100 <br /> <br />(3052) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION INITIALLY ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT WORK <br />FOR TRACT 7568; DEVELOPER: ANTHONY A. BATARSE, JR. <br /> <br />RECIT ALS <br /> <br />Pursuant to a Subdivision In1provement Agreement bet\veen the City of San Leandro and <br />Anthony A. Batarse, Jr., (subdivider) dated May 2, 2005, and associated plans identified as Tract <br />7568, certain subdivision inlprovelnent work has been con1pleted. <br /> <br />Said \vork has been cOlnpleted in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recon1mends that said work be accepted. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />2. That the bonds heretofore given for perf01111anCe and payment of said conditions are <br />hereby discharged and exonerated frOln further liability. <br /> <br />3.
