<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY or SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-104 <br /> <br />(2096 ) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 11-1 E 2005-200(j <br />CONSOLlDAJ'ED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) <br />AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION THEREOF BY TIlE CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />Pursuant to provisions of the [-lousing and Community Development Act and <br />amendments, the federal government requires local communities to submit a Consolidated <br />Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) on the progress made on the Annual <br />Consolidated Action Plan. <br /> <br />The City of San Leandro, as required by the U.S. Department orI lousing and Urban <br />Development (IIUD), has duly published notice of such hearing and has conducted a public <br />hearing to obtain the views of citizens on the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation <br />Report (CAPER) I()r fiscal year 2005-2006. <br /> <br />A copy or said Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation RepOli (CAPER) is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
